Refund Policy

After downloading the resources, it is not possible to return them for a refund or replace them by other resources. Swapping incorrect purchased resource licenses – for example desktop license instead of web license – is not possible also. There is no way for us to verify that you no longer hold copies of the resources.

All purchases of resources on our site are final and non-refundable unless you can solidly prove that there are technical issues stopping you from using downloaded resources. We will try and resolve this issue within 14 days, if no solution can be found, a full refund will be provided.
